Privacy policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains what RouteLedger collects when you visit this page and reserve a spot in the Founding Operator Pilot, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, so it is short.

What we collect on this page

This page does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social-media pixels.

What happens when you reserve

When you press “Reserve pilot access,” your three answers are passed to the checkout page on Whop so we can understand who the pilot is for. Payment, your name, your email address and your billing details are collected and processed by Whop under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

Your records inside the pilot app

When the pilot starts, the sales, costs and notes you enter in RouteLedger are yours. You will be able to export them as a CSV file. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your records, except what we must keep for payment or legal reasons.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the pilot: Whop (payments and customer records) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process it under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask for a refund as described in the pilot terms. To do so, use the message option on the RouteLedger page on Whop, or reply to your Whop receipt.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for people who already bought the pilot, tell them directly.
