Founding Operator Pilot terms
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms describe exactly what you are buying when you reserve a spot in the RouteLedger Founding Operator Pilot. Please read them before you pay.
1. What this is
The pilot is a presale of access to an early version of RouteLedger, a web app for owner-operated vending routes with 3–10 machines. The app is not available yet. The preview on this page shows the proposed workflow with sample data; features may change during development.
2. What you get
- Access to the pilot version for 3 months starting Monday, November 16, 2026.
- Visit records and location reports, and CSV export of your records.
- Direct contact with the builders to share feedback.
The pilot does not include telemetry or DEX integrations, automatic restock forecasts, or accounting or tax services.
3. Price and renewal
US$29, one payment. Nothing renews automatically. At the end of the pilot you decide whether to continue; any continuation will be offered separately with its price stated in advance.
4. Capacity
The pilot is limited to 25 operators so we can work directly with participants.
5. Refunds
You can request a full refund before the pilot starts or within its first 14 days, no questions asked. Use the message option on the RouteLedger page on Whop, or reply to your Whop receipt.
If we are unable to start the pilot on the date above, we will tell you before then and you may choose a refund or a new start date.
6. What RouteLedger is not
RouteLedger is a record-keeping tool. Figures it shows are estimates based on the data you enter and exclude costs you have not recorded, as well as labor, travel, overhead and taxes. There is no earnings guarantee. Nothing in RouteLedger, on this page or in our videos is financial, tax, or legal advice, and decisions about your business are yours.
7. Your data
The records you enter are yours. See the privacy policy for how personal information is handled.
8. Reasonable use
Use the pilot for your own vending business. Do not share your access, try to break the service, or use it to store unlawful content.
9. Pilot software
This is early software and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. We will fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can. To the extent the law allows, our liability for the pilot is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes
If we need to change these terms before the pilot starts, we will tell you and you may ask for a refund.
